Coaching & Clinic FAQ’s

Q: What do we need to bring to the clinic/coaching?

A: For all clinics and coaching, please bring your participants full playing kit and equipment , along with a full drink bottle and a snack for the longer sessions which run over an hour which will include breaks to have a drink and something to eat.

Q: What footwear do we need?

A: For grass (outdoor venues) please bring your runners for the warm-up and spikes for the onfield activites. For all indoor venues, you just need runners.

Q: What age groups do you cater for?

A: The boys and girls we look after are primarily from 8yrs of age through to 17yrs of age, and participants will be put into the appropriate age/skill groups along with any friends/relatives they would prefer to socialize with.

Q: How many coaches will there be at the clinic?

A: We have our senior coaches running all the sessions with assistance from our assistant coaches who are allocated based on the participant numbers. We like to allocate a one coach per ten participants, this ratio is designed to give participants plenty of time with the coaches. The senior coachs will spend individual time with all participants over the course of a clinic.

Q: What are your refund policies?

A: Prior to the event – Full Refund
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to the event.

After the registration deadline – Partial Refund    
Cancellations received less than 4 days before an event will incur a 30% administration fee (including GST).

The day before, the day of, or after a booking or clinic has commenced – No Refund. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for any refund.
