Group Coaching Programs
Our small group sessions have a limited number of places to ensure that participants gain optimum value and benefitting from the coaching activities.
The sessions are aimed at young players between the ages of 11 and 16 and typically take place during the school holidays. The program features a mix of fitness, technique and skills training, delivered by our team of former and current elite players and coaches.
6 Week Pre Season Program
Our flagship group training sessions run annually in July and August and focus on preparing young players for the season ahead. The expertly designed six-week program consists of exercises and drills specifically created to help the players develop key skills and establish correct techniques whilst also having a lot of fun. We design the program to enable players to easily continue working on the techniques taught at home, ensuring they continue their forward progress.
The program is recommended for players of 11-years and older with age specific sessions available for you to choose from.
